The Company uses tools such as the Risk Management Program (RMP) and the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (OHMCP), with periodic review to ensure safer work environments. Activities undergo risk analysis, adopting a control hierarchy to manage potential hazards. Safety data is managed in the Integrated Management System (IMS), with safety indicators and audits based on ABNT NBR 14.280. 

We reinforce the right to refuse, ensuring that all workers can interrupt their activities in the face of a serious and imminent risk situation, as provided for in labor legislation and Regulatory Standard NR 01.  

The Company adopts an Integrated Management Policy aimed at eliminating hazards and mitigating risks, ensuring that employees exercise their right to refuse unsafe work while being protected from retaliation.  

In addition, we have a secure, impartial and confidential Whistleblower Channel, allowing employees to report not only safety issues, but also cases of moral harassment and other violations, ensuring protection for the whistleblower and promoting a safer and more respectful work environment. 

All workplace accidents, whether involving our own employees or service providers, are reported, analyzed and investigated. The Company follows Normative Instruction (IN‑DAFRI-005), which defines guidelines for accident investigation, in line with current legislation and industry best practices. The causes of accidents are identified and corrective and preventive actions are implemented to eliminate or reduce risks, preventing future occurrences.
