Employee training on occupational health and safety

The entire labor force, whether employees or outsourced workers, participate in regular Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training, with specific training plans for each role and risk. Contracted companies must keep up-to-date electrical safety certifications and specific training for different risk levels.  

In 2024, 107,757 man-hours of training (MhT) were recorded, divided between the Operation, Maintenance, and Social and Environmental departments, covering 40.65% of contractors in the Social and Environmental area; and 59.36% in Operations and Maintenance. Before starting activities, all workers undergo OSH integration, covering internal procedures and applicable legislation).
