The Company uses an Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on NBR ISO 45001, monitoring the participation of direct and indirect workers in training. Key requirements include: Electronic registration of training on the Company’s internal platform; certification control of mandatory training; a contractor training compliance dashboard; and OSH performance indicators, enabling continuous compliance monitoring, supported by an internal management platform.
The occupational health and safety system follows the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle and involves leadership and engagement at all hierarchical levels, including active consultation with workers.
The internal Health and Safety Management Platform is used to record health and safety training, incidents, and inspections. It can be accessed by representatives of each third-party company under Norte Energia’s access management. The Company’s database is used to generate indicators and management dashboards. Periodic internal audits/inspections are conducted by the Occupational Health and Safety department and external audits are conducted by Norte Energia’s audit department.
Personal protective measures, such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), are strictly followed, ensuring that all employees receive adequate equipment in accordance with NR 06 and NR 16.
