Conflicts of interest

Norte Energia applies its Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure transparency, legal compliance and integrity in corporate relationships. To prevent risks, the Company uses a Conflict of Interest Form and a Due Diligence Questionnaire, which allow for the identification and analysis of potential clash situations with both suppliers and partners. 

Transactions with stakeholders observe not only market criteria, but also high standards of integrity, governance and compliance, ensuring fairness and transparency. Supplier selection follows technical and commercial criteria, as well as analyses for potential conflicts of interest.  

In accordance with the guidelines of CVM Resolution No. 80/2022, which regulates the disclosure of relevant transactions with stakeholders, as well as the expanded concept provided for in CPC 05 (R1), the Company has internal controls and monitoring processes that ensure proper identification of these transactions, their assessment from a risk and governance perspective and, if applicable, their timely disclosure, in compliance with current regulations.
