Parental leave

We value the well-being of our team and, since 2023, by voluntarily joining the Citizen Company Program, we have expanded parental leave benefits to include 180 days of maternity leave and 20 days of paternity leave, in addition to granting parental leave to all employees.  

In 2024, 119 women and 306 men were eligible for paternal leave.  

In 2024, seven women and thirteen men took maternity and paternity leave, respectively. It is important to highlight that all employees who took parental leave returned to work after the benefit ended, resulting in a 100% return rate. While the long-term impact cannot yet be measured, all employees who took leave in 2024 are currently employed by the Company.
