Following the guidelines of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), Norte Energia publishes its financial statements for the previous year in the first quarter of each year. Financial transactions for the period January 1 – December 31, 2024 were disclosed on February 6, 2025, which is in line with the scope of this Sustainability Report. 

Norte Energia’s shareholding structure includes highly relevant organizations and funds, which contribute expertise, stability and credibility to the business. This corporate structure reflects the diversity of interests and complexity of the operations of Norte Energia, which is one of the largest energy companies in Brazil.
