We contributed to the preparation of several ABRAGE proposals for public consultations, including guidelines for the 2025 Capacity Reserve Auction (CP MME 176/2024), import of interruptible energy from Paraguay (CP MME 172/2024), import of energy backed by Paraguay (Itaipu) (CP MME 174/2024) and access to the basic network by consumer units (CP ANEEL 23/2024).
The Company also acted through trade associations (e.g., Abrage, Apine, Abiape, ABCE and Abraceel) other relevant discussions in the sector, such as the Public Consultation on the Capacity Reserve Auction and, in the legislative sphere, Provisional Presidential Decrees 1212/2024 and 1232/2024
