The Belo Monte Complex has 11,233.1 MW of installed capacity, with 4,571 MW of average physical capacity guaranteed. In addition to other engineering structures, the complex consists of two power plants: the Belo Monte HPP and the Pimental HPP, with the construction of the latter completed in 2019.
