Percentage of outsourced and subcontracted workers undergoing relevant health and safety training

In order to adapt and continuously improve occupational health and safety processes, we hired specialized consultants.

As a result, five studies were prepared, validated and delivered. They will require planning of preventive, corrective and maintenance actions to inhibit risks that may evolve into the occurrence of an accident or occupational disease.

Focusing on Occupational Risk Management, training was carried out regarding regulatory standards: 05, 06, 10, 12, 18, 33 and 35, in addition to training on specific work procedures, focusing on preventing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases.

We have an occupational health and safety management system based on legal requirements that covers 100% of direct and indirect employees.
