Delegation of responsibility for managing impacts

Executive Officer: responsible for coordinating and supervising the performance of the other officers, in addition to other duties provided for, which include proposing guidelines on environmental matters. 

The Sustainability and Environment Committees engage in dialogue with senior leadership on environmental, social and governance matters. The Company also has a Crisis Group, made up of strategic leaders, which acts in emergency situations to prevent or mitigate impacts to the business. This group follows communication flows adapted to the demands and specificities of each situation.
