Another action involves training to empower our employees and business partners to internalize and implement responsible practices in all areas of operation.  Ongoing employee training is promoted through training sessions, lectures and daily safety discussions. 

The program includes mandatory training on normative standards, internal procedures, and other fundamental topics, such as the Code of Conduct and Ethics, Human Rights, and Sustainability. These training courses are essential for all professionals to understand their responsibilities and act transparently, making decisions aligned with the Company’s values.
