Collective bargaining agreements

At Norte Energia, 99.1% of employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements. For employees who are not covered by those agreements, a private employment contract is drawn up in which the organization complies with current legislation, both with regard to working conditions and labor relations. It also relies on collective bargaining agreements from other organizations.
