In December 2024, we had 425 employees on our staff, distributed between the cities of Altamira and Brasília – a reduction of approximately 10.5% compared to the previous year. This decrease is related to the organizational redesign process, aimed at optimizing and automating internal processes, promoting greater operational efficiency.

In terms of allocation by sector, the organization’s employees were distributed as follows: 154 in Operations and Maintenance; 19 in the Regulatory and Trade Department; 113 in the Office of the Chair; and 139 in the Administrative, Financial and Investor Relations Department.
