Worker participation, consultation and communication to workers regarding health and safety at work

CIPA members hold regular monthly meetings and in specific cases. In the event of serious accidents, extraordinary meetings are held. The CIPA has complete independence and autonomy in its decisions. Deliberations are recorded in the meeting minutes accepted and executed by the organization.
