We value each employee as a fundamental part of achieving the Company’s objectives and shaping their professional future. In 2022, we implemented competency-based performance management to inspire, value, and support our employees. Between September and December 2023, more than 90% of employees participated in the 2nd performance management cycle, with around 70% of them receiving feedback on their individual development plans. This assessment did not take place in 2024, a year marked by learning, innovation and reprogramming efforts. Based on lessons learned, the 3rd edition of the performance management cycle should take place in 2025, with new stages being included, such as cross-referencing individual results with the Company’s goals.
