In 2024, the Board of Directors had a preponderance of members over 50 years of age, representing 67% of the total. However, significant age diversification was observed, with the inclusion of 33% of members aged 30 to 50 years, significantly more than in 2023, when this age group corresponded to 25%. This change reflects the Company’s strategy of incorporating diverse generational perspectives, contributing to more comprehensive and innovative decisions.
Regarding gender representation, in 2024 there was an increase in the number of women on the Board of Directors, from 6 to 7 members, which represents 58% of the total. This 16.7% growth compared to 2023 consolidates a scenario of female leadership in senior management.
Increasing the participation of women on the Board is essential for the sustainability of the business, as gender diversity is associated with better organizational performance, more effective decision-making, and a greater capacity for innovation.
