In 2024, three cases of discrimination were recorded, all analyzed by the Corporate Ethics and Integrity Committee. Corrective measures were implemented in accordance with the Company’s Consequences Policy for employees. For outsourced workers and partners, corrective actions were carried out by the compliance area. Currently, there are no additional remediation plans to be implemented, nor are there any open cases subject to corrective action.
