The calculation of the number of third parties was carried out together with the calculation of the REM (Monthly Statistical Report), where all third parties with active contracts with Nesa are managed. In 2023, there was a 14.59% decrease in the number of workers who are not employed, equivalent to approximately 270 jobs, resulting from the insourcing of strategic positions.
