Human rights
Norte Energia's actions regarding its responsibility to respect human rights while developing its activities, maintaining institutional relationships, and throughout its value chain. These actions include strengthening the movement for self-affirmation of ethnic identity and visibility of the indigenous peoples of the Middle Xingu, and allegations of violations of the rights of indigenous peoples, traditional communities and labor rights in general. They also include efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.
