Percentage of individuals on the organization’s governance bodies in each of the following diversity categories

To get to know our team of employees better, we carried out a Diversity Survey¹ to get to know our employees better. The self-declared research was conducted through our internal system, in an anonymous manner, which guaranteed privacy and transparency in the process. 

Of the total number of employees, 445 contributed to the survey, which represents approximately 94% of our workforce in December 2023. The remaining 6% represent employees who were absent during the research period; on sick leave, maternity leave, or vacation.

The survey presents important information about who we are and highlights the value placed on the groups that make up our company. Although it was carried out in the first quarter of 2024, we consider it is relevant to promptly share its results.
